Cornwall RLFC welcome promotion chasing Swinton Lions to the Memorial Ground this Saturday, July 23 – 2.00pm. 

The two sides met in Betfred League 1 at Heywood Road back in May with the hosts prevailing 54-16.

Neil Kelly’s side crossed the whitewash three times in Greater Manchester with Adam Rusling scoring twice on his debut. Joe Purcell, playing out of position on the wing, also found the mark. 

Since the first ever meeting between the two sides, Cornwall have registered a maiden professional victory whilst Swinton have lost just once – 26-12 at home to fellow promotion chasers Doncaster.

Last time out, Cornwall were defeated at title elect Keighley Cougars and Swinton lowered the colours of Midlands Hurricanes on home soil.
