Disciplinary – Match Review Panel

June 8, 2023

Cornwall RLFC’s Coby Nichol has been suspended for two matches and fined £40 after Sunday’s Betfred League 1 match against Workington Town.

Nichol was handed a Grade D ‘Dangerous Throw’ charge by the Rugby Football League’s Match Review Panel.

The charge was upheld and Nichol, who joined the club from Bradford Bulls over the winter, will miss the away trips to Hunslet (June 18) and London Skolars (July 8).

However, he is available for Sunday’s home match with Dewsbury Rams. Cornwall will name their 21-man squad for the visit of the league leaders at 12.00pm tomorrow (Friday).
